Ulrich Ernst has worked in the mining sector for more than 40 years and has been President since 1995. During his extensive career he has managed and led several high growth companies and has a long track record of success. He has also held several senior positions in public listed companies and worked as a management and financial consultant for years. Mr Ernst holds an MBA from the University of Zurich.
Kim Ludvigsen is currently the CEO Interprefy – an innovative Swiss technology company that offers remote simultaneous interpreting for high profile international conferences. Mr Ludvigsen has been a member of the board since 2016. He has held senior position in Accenture, Apax Partners and Ernst & Young. He has also co-founded several successful start-ups. Mr Ludvigsen holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the ETH institute.
Dr Patrick Stach has been a self-employed lawyer for more than 25 years and offers consulting and advisory services for a number of Swiss companies. He has been a member of the board since 2018. Dr Stach studied at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, where he also obtained his PhD.
