Blackstone Resources holds Annual General Meeting

BAAR, Switzerland – (22 May 2020) – Blackstone Resources AG (SWX: BLS) held an Ordinary Annual General Meeting on May 22th, 2020 at the company´s registered office.

During the ordinary annual general meeting all following proposals from the board were approved by a large majority quorum:

66 shareholders or 42.7 % of all shares were present or represented

The minutes for the AGM 2018 were accepted.

1.Annual report 2019

2. Financial statements 2019

The 2019 financial statements and the compensation report were accepted by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

3. Profit and loss amount will be carried forward.

The Annual General Meeting accepted the profit carried forward.

4. Discharge

The Board of Directors was granted discharge.

5. Election of the board

The following members were elected for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst
  • Mr. Dr. Marc Weber
  • Mr. Mathi Alagan

6. Election of the president to the board

The following member of the Board of Directors was elected as Chairman for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst

7. Election of the compensation committee

The following members were elected for one year:

  • Mr. Ulrich Ernst
  • Mr. Dr. Marc Weber
  • Mr. Mathi Alagan

8. Election of the Auditor

The auditors Moore Stephens were elected for a further year.

9. Independent proxy

Dr. Oliver Habke was elected as an independent proxy for a further year.
